IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - PLUMBING SERVICE TECHS STRAIGHT COMMISSION NO CAP PRODUCERS ONLY

We are expanding aggressively and hiring elite plumbing service techs who want to be paid on results , not time. This is NOT hourly . This is NOT salary . This is 100% commission . If you can diagnose, present options, sell the job, and self perform light install repairs and send the install team back for the big ones - you'll make serious money here. If you need guaranteed pay, supervision, or hand-holding — do not apply.

THE ROLE

Plumbing Service Technician / Service-Producer You run the call. You diagnose the problem. You present the solution. You install the small ones, the install crew installs the big ones You get paid. No handoffs. No closers behind you. Ownership from start to finish.

PAY STRUCTURE

Straight commission on all completed work No income cap Top producers earn $80K-$150K+ Bigger jobs = bigger checks Paid weekly This is the same performance-based structure used by top HVAC service companies — adapted for plumbing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

(NON-NEGOTIABLE) You must already be able to run these jobs solo : Water Heater Change-Outs & Installations Whole-Home Repipes (PEX / CPVC / Copper) Sewer Repairs & Replacements Water Service Lines New Construction Rough-Ins & Installations General Plumbing Service & Install Calls Water Treatment Systems (preferred, not required) If you "helped on a few" or "are still learning," this role is not for you.
