True Plumb, LLC is a family-owned plumbing company known for quality workmanship, integrity, and taking care of our team. We're looking for an experienced plumber to join our crew. This position may focus on service calls or rough-in work, or a combination of both, depending on your experience and strengths. If you take pride in doing quality work and treating customers right, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do (depending on role): Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (tankless heaters, leaks, clogs, fixtures, etc.) Install residential plumbing systems including water lines, drains, and fixtures Perform rough-ins for remodels and new construction projects Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, builders, and teammates Maintain organized job sites, service vans and uphold company standards Mentor apprentices as needed and represent True Plumb with professionalism

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has 5+ years plumbing experience Can work independently and solve problems in the field Takes pride in clean, professional work Shows up on time and communicates well with the team Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record

What We Offer:
