Quarterly Meetings Requirements:
5 -7 years experience is preferred, also seeking candidates with fewer years of experience St. Louis journeyman OR IL journeyman plumber license is preferred Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license and good communication skills

Core Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential & light commercial plumbing Install and troubleshoot water heaters, faucets, toilets & fixtures Diagnose leaks, clogs, drainage issues, and system failures Read and interpret basic plumbing drawings and job specifications Cut, measure, solder, press, thread, and assemble piping systems Perform pressure testing and ensure code-compliant installations Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations Maintain clean job sites and follow Airco safety protocols Document materials, work completed, and job notes Assist or mentor plumbing apprentices as needed

Up to $110,000.00 per year
