Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, adhering to local building codes and safety standards Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, and water system upgrades using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Water heater repair and replacement, including tank and tankless systems Plumbing and drain system diagnosis and repair Faucet, fixture, toilet, and valve repair/replacement Water supply and drainage piping repairs Leak detection and troubleshooting General service plumbing and preventative maintenance Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system longevity Engage with customers professionally to explain work performed, answer questions, and provide maintenance recommendations Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job Experience Proven experience as a service plumber Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Must be a self-starter capable of working independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Willingness to work overtime as needed Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of plumbing service work Must provide your own standard hand tools Experience with water treatment and filtration systems is a plus.
