- Immediate Need | Take the Lead Day One What you will be doing: We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team!
- on-call coverage, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and daily work orders Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and vacant units Execute tasks assigned by the Service Manager with urgency and accountability

Pay Range:
$26.00- 28.00/hr Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
