What We Offer $40-$55 per hour based on experience No weekday on-call shifts, with weekend rotation system. 6 paid holidays (including your birthday) Paid parental leave PTO in addition to 48 hours Minnesota Sick & Safe Time Medical insurance covered 50%, Dental, and Vision supplemental Simple IRA with company match at 3% Opportunities for paid training, ongoing instruction, and coaching Weekly tech meetings with breakfast included Employee appreciation activities and events Incentive programs and bonuses Company uniforms provided Fully stocked trucks and gas cards Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Duties Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with clear repair recommendations Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, valves, and related plumbing systems Ensure all plumbing work meets local code requirements and manufacturer specifications Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the service process Maintain accurate job documentation, notes, and photos within company software Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles Help mentor apprentices or junior plumbers as the department grows Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Participate in ongoing training and professional development Some overtime or emergency service work may occasionally be required only on weekends Qualifications Current Minnesota Master Plumber License required Current Minneapolis and St. Paul Plumbing license required 5+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Experience with residential service and installation work Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions Strong customer communication and professionalism Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and code requirements Why Work With Us At Ideal Air, we believe in doing quality work and building long-term relationships with both our customers and our employees.
