Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will lead plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Your expertise will help deliver top-quality plumbing solutions on diverse construction sites, including commercial, residential, and remodeling projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment across various construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Lead field service activities including troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and repairs on-site. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards while managing heavy lifting and carpentry tasks as needed. Supervise junior team members and coordinate with other trades such as HVAC technicians or carpenters during remodeling or maintenance projects. Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing, including pipe threading, schematics reading, and system installation. Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC integration, and general building maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for complex projects. Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and resource allocation. Field service experience with troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently on-site. Familiarity with commercial driving for material transport or site access when necessary. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations; handyman experience is a plus. Experience in remodeling or renovation projects involving plumbing systems; carpentry skills are advantageous.
