As we grow our plumbing department, we are seeking skilled Journeyman Plumbers or experienced 3rd to 4th year apprentices to become part of our professional team.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of residential water systems, DWV lines, fixtures, and piping. Improve homeowner satisfaction by providing clear insights into plumbing system health and offering transparent solutions for long-term maintenance. Build lasting customer trust by maintaining open lines of communication regarding project status and necessary service recommendations. Support team efficiency by collaborating with other trades and providing mentorship to apprentices on the job site. Ensure a secure working environment for the entire team by strictly following all local codes, industry standards, and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota Journeyman license is highly preferred, though we welcome applications from advanced 3rd or 4th year apprentices. Possession of Minneapolis/St. Paul Competency Cards is considered an asset. Demonstrated proficiency in applying the Minnesota State Plumbing Code to daily operations. A valid driver license paired with a clean, insurable driving history. Demonstrate high-level interpersonal skills to ensure positive client interactions and professional service delivery. Maintain a polished appearance and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset to contribute to our positive work culture.

Available Schedules:

Standard Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Premium Shifts (Up to $15.00/hr extra with 32-hour guarantee): Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Premium Shifts (Up to $15.00/hr extra with 32-hour guarantee): Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Premium Shifts (Up to $15.00/hr extra with 32-hour guarantee): Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Premium Shifts (Up to $15.00/hr extra with 32-hour guarantee): Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
