Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent backups Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, or personnel to various job sites Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all work activities Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects or new builds involving plumbing installation or upgrades Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent failures and extend their lifespan Use plumbing inspection cameras for detailed assessments of underground or concealed piping systems Assist with heavy lifting of materials and components while maintaining proper safety protocols Qualifications Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial projects Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, schematics reading, pipe threading, and blueprint interpretation is a plus. Hands-on experience with welding, drain cleaning equipment, hand tools, power tools, and plumbing assembly techniques Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, heavy lifting practices, and construction site experience Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply them effectively in the field Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing or system layouts Knowledge of water systems maintenance including troubleshooting leaks or system failures Valid driver's license with experience operating commercial vehicles safely in various conditions Join us as a Licensed Plumber to bring your expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients.
