- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and general plumbing repairs System Inspections & Testing
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes Customer Interaction
- Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and respond to callouts in a timely manner Cost Estimates
- Prepare cost estimates for repairs and replacements, ensuring customers have clear expectations of service charges Service Documentation
- Properly document all work completed using Service Titan or similar software to ensure accurate records of services provided Communication & Customer Service
- Use good communication and listening skills to address customer concerns, provide expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction Code Compliance
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and national standards for safety and quality Safety & Efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that plumbing systems are installed and repaired in the most efficient and effective manner Qualifications Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential plumber, with expertise in a variety of plumbing installations and repairs Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and troubleshooting techniques Service Software
- Service Titan experience is a plus, with the ability to accurately track service calls and customer interactions Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to explain complex plumbing issues to customers clearly Customer-Focused
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer queries, concerns, and provide professional solutions Problem-Solving
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently Driver's License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Code Knowledge
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards Physical Requirements
