Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, comply with local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and deliver top-notch service to our clients. A strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs aligned with project specifications Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and assembly tools to complete tasks efficiently Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work while maintaining high standards of quality Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new systems, or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair tasks on construction sites Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing repairs and custom fittings Skilled in drain cleaning methods using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems including water distribution and waste removal Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, system assembly, and remodeling projects Familiarity with local building codes to ensure compliance during installations or repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed Experience operating heavy machinery such as pipe threading machines or other power tools safely Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving for transporting tools or materials between sites Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading Handyman experience or construction site experience is highly desirable for versatile project support Join us as a Plumber Technician where your skills will make a real impact! Pay:
$27.45 - $33.06 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
