Duties Manage and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of workmanship Oversee the interpretation of construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Coordinate with project managers and clients to develop accurate construction estimates and schedules Ensure compliance with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards throughout all projects Conduct site inspections to monitor plumbing system installation, maintenance, and repair activities Oversee the procurement of materials and tools necessary for construction plumbing tasks, including hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding supplies Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex plumbing issues, including domestic water systems, HVAC integration, and commercial plumbing systems Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, inspections, regulatory compliance reports, and team performance Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in residential and commercial projects Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; interpreting construction plans accurately Knowledge of building code compliance specific to local regulations and plumbing building codes Hands-on experience with pipe threading, pipe fitting, welding, assembly, remodeling, and maintenance tasks Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and heavy lifting techniques Excellent leadership skills with experience managing plumbing teams and coordinating field service operations Familiarity with construction estimating processes and managing construction regulatory compliance Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing and system layouts Valid driver's license with commercial driving certification preferred for site visits or material transport Join us as a Plumbing Manager where your expertise will shape successful projects while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
