Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Plumbing Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions to homeowners. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform everyday water systems into reliable, long-lasting solutions that enhance our clients' homes. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain lines, fixtures, and appliances. Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and other construction tools effectively and safely. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure optimal flow. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and local building codes to ensure accurate installation and compliance. Operate company vehicles responsibly for job site travel while adhering to commercial driving regulations. Troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site through thorough inspections and identify necessary repairs or replacements. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and coordinating with other construction trades as needed. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing systems. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, and remodeling tasks. Knowledge of plumbing inspection cameras and drain cleaning techniques. Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing work. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and plumbing-specific machinery. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing configurations. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving; ability to operate a company vehicle safely. Heavy lifting capability for handling pipes, fixtures, and equipment on construction sites.
