Job Description

An established, premier home services provider with over 50 years of trusted excellence is seeking a top-grade Master Plumber for our location in the Greater Cleveland area. This is a high-level, dual-purpose role designed for an elite tradesperson who wants to stay active in the field while taking on key business and licensing responsibilities. We are looking for a working license holder who will spend approximately 60% of their time performing expert field service work and 20-30% of their time handling office operations, technical leadership, and administrative workflows. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an active Ohio Plumbing Contractor License to meet our operational business requirements.

Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits Package Compensation:
$40 to $50+ per hour, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities License Partnership:
Maintain and utilize your active Ohio Plumbing Contractor License for company business compliance and operational requirements. Field Service Excellence (60%): Work actively in the field to perform top-tier plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations, directly contributing to company revenue. Office & Admin Operations (20-30%): Assist with office workflows, including reviewing site field reports, optimizing schedules, and providing technical support for dispatch workflows.
Technical Leadership:
Utilize master-level plumbing knowledge to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide field training, coaching, and safety oversight to technicians.
Customer Excellence:
Address high-level customer inquiries and resolve complex complaints to maintain our top-tier service reputation.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce industry regulations, local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies across all job sites.
Qualifications & Requirements Licensing:
Must possess an active Ohio Plumbing Contractor License (Required).
Experience:
Proven track record as a Master Plumber, senior field supervisor, or plumbing service leader.
Mindset:
A strong desire to remain actively working in the field while handling necessary office and business responsibilities.
Tech Skills:
Experience with plumbing industry dispatch software is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative technical leadership style.
Screening:
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
