As a vital member of our construction and maintenance crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in plumbing techniques, technical interpretation, and customer service will ensure our clients receive reliable solutions that enhance their properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of tools and skills, and contribute to building safe, efficient water systems. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings according to local building codes and project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform precise repairs or installations Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble plumbing components and plan installations Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations Perform remodeling tasks such as fixture replacements or system upgrades with attention to detail and craftsmanship Conduct routine plumbing system inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure long-term functionality and safety Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools Strong knowledge of local building codes, plumbing standards, and safety regulations Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, and system maintenance techniques Capable of heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as needed on construction sites Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions!
