In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, comply with local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. A strong background in construction plumbing, heavy lifting, and technical troubleshooting is essential to succeed in this energetic role. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision and safety Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure proper installation and repairs align with project specifications Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, or personnel to job sites Use power tools, hand tools, and plumbing-specific equipment effectively during various tasks Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as fixture installation or system upgrades Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations during every phase of work Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, demonstrating construction site experience and teamwork skills Skills Proven construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of water systems maintenance, repair techniques, and plumbing inspection cameras Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards governing plumbing work Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with commercial driving regulations Capable of heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and performing physically demanding tasks reliably Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Join us as a Plumber Technician if you're eager to apply your construction plumbing expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
