In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help deliver reliable water and waste systems that meet the high standards of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling and system upgrades, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal systems. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs. Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing piping, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations. Use plumbing system maintenance techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs efficiently on water systems and related infrastructure. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in commercial plumbing projects. Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras. Familiarity with residential plumbing as well as construction site experience is highly desirable. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and assembly tools for various plumbing tasks. Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installation and repair practices. Experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with commercial driving regulations. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members alike. Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support. Ohio Plumbing License Preferred. Valid Drivers License Required.
