Commercial Plumber / Construction Plumber Howerton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling | Dayton, OH $60,000 - $80,000+ with Bonuses, Company Van and Full Benefits! Pay Details Hourly pay + bonuses Health Insurance Overtime available Top performers can exceed pay range About Us Howerton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing plumbing company with an active commercial and new construction pipeline in the Dayton area. We're looking for an experienced commercial plumber who can handle ground-up installations, tenant buildouts, and commercial service work. What We Offer Take-home company van Fuel card iPad/tablet provided ServiceTitan software system Performance bonuses Paid holidays Uniforms provided Steady commercial pipeline with year-round work Supportive team environment Advancement opportunities Daily Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial job sites including new construction, remodels, and tenant buildouts Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction plans Rough-in and finish plumbing for commercial buildings, restaurants, retail, multi-family, and medical/office spaces Coordinate with general contractors, other trades, and project managers on job scheduling and phasing Commercial service calls including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on existing commercial systems Complete job documentation and notes in ServiceTitan Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Ensure all work meets local code and passes inspection Requirements Commercial plumbing experience (new construction and/or commercial service) Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Knowledge of local plumbing codes and inspection requirements Comfortable learning and using ServiceTitan Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time on job sites Must be dependable and motivated Preferred Experience 3+ years commercial plumbing experience Experience with ground-up commercial installations Experience working with general contractors on phased construction schedules Why Join Howerton Plumbing?
