SERVICE PLUMBER
.Hours:
M-F 8:00-4:30, rotating on-call with bonus.Responsibilities:
- Use third-party software for dispatching and invoicing.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with clients to identify plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and brazing to join pipes and secure fittings.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly during new construction or remodeling projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Use drain cleaning equipment including gas powered jetting machine.
- Rotating after hours on call rotation with dispatching bonus.
Qualifications:
- Preference for 3+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to plumbing work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with plumbing work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Pay Range:
