Key Responsibilities Perform residential drain cleaning, maintenance, and repair services Diagnose and resolve sewer and drainage system issues efficiently Utilize blueprints, schematics, and system layouts to identify drainage configurations Install and repair drain piping, fittings, and related components Operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including drain snakes, mini jetters, and trailer jetters Measure, cut, thread, and install piping to proper specifications Troubleshoot drainage issues using strong mechanical and technical knowledge Collaborate with plumbing and remodeling teams on drainage-related projects Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions with homeowners Deliver exceptional customer service on every call What You'll Bring We're looking for motivated professionals who combine technical expertise with a customer-first attitude. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in sewer and drain cleaning services Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Experience with pipe threading, sealing, and drainage system repairs Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills ServiceTitan experience is a plus A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK) Apply Today!
