Position Overview We are urgently seeking an Experienced Plumbing Technician in Delaware County, PA who takes deep pride in their work. This role is for a high-level craftsperson ready to lead or contribute to detailed, clean, code-compliant rough-ins for new home builds, renovations, and small commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities Install piping systems during rough-in phases — including water supply, DWV, gas lines, and venting — with precision and pride Alterations on additions Service work Work independently Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and layouts Work closely with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule Follow all safety and plumbing codes meticulously Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle that reflects our brand Qualifications 5+ years of plumbing experience focused on high-quality rough-in work Deep knowledge of plumbing code Strong attention to detail and jobsite professionalism Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces and basements What We Offer Competitive base pay + performance bonuses Company-sponsored health insurance 401(k) with company match Monthly vehicle allowance + gas card (if applicable) Paid time off and 6 paid holidays A tight-knit team environment where craftsmanship is respected Growth path into lead tech or foreman roles Join Our Team If you're a high-level plumber who takes pride in clean, durable, code-perfect work, we want you on our team.
