As a Service Technician, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance challenges including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance. From completing service requests and preparing apartment homes for new residents to helping maintain beautiful grounds and common areas, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience. What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and assist with weather-related emergencies Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to safety If you're ready to grow your career with a company that values initiative, teamwork, and delivering excellence for residents, we'd love to hear from you.
