- Perform residential drain cleaning using cable machines, high‑pressure jetting equipment, and other tools to clear blockages in sinks, tubs, toilets, main lines, and sewer systems. Sewer Line Diagnostics
- Conduct sewer camera inspections to identify root intrusion, pipe damage, blockages, and system defects. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Diagnose drain and sewer issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions to restore proper flow. Preventative Maintenance Services
- Provide routine drain maintenance, including descaling, root treatment, and system flushing to prevent future issues. Customer Communication
- Clearly explain findings, recommended services, and repair options to homeowners while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Cost Estimates & Recommendations
- Prepare accurate service estimates and educate customers on long‑term solutions such as sewer repair, replacement, or preventative maintenance plans. Service Titan Documentation
- Use Service Titan to document work performed, update job notes, track service history, and manage customer interactions. Equipment Care & Safety
- Maintain drain‑cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and ensure all work complies with local codes and industry standards. Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional service, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. Qualifications Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer maintenance, or a related residential service role. Technical Skills
- Proficiency with cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, locators, and other drain‑cleaning tools. Service Software
- Experience with Service Titan or similar field‑service software preferred. Communication Skills
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members. Attention to Detail
- Ability to accurately diagnose issues and perform work that meets safety and code standards. Customer‑Focused Mindset
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service with professionalism and a positive attitude. Driver's License
