Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The successful applicant will be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, utilizing hand and power tools, and performing heavy lifting as required. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing system layout. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure plumbing meets specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on construction sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide maintenance person services when necessary to support overall project completion. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Previous experience working on construction sites is essential. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates. Experience with carpentry tasks is beneficial for remodeling projects. Must be capable of heavy lifting as required by job duties. A valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
