The Role:
Our Plumbing Service Technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do:
Perform plumbing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential clients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty plumbing systems. Install and repair water heaters, faucets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures. Provide accurate estimates for services and explain repairs to customers clearly. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and tools. Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
What You'll Need:
Valid plumbing license Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
