The Opportunity This role is designed for experienced residential service plumbers who are comfortable: Diagnosing issues and clearly explaining solutions to homeowners Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions Performing high-quality repairs and installations Owning the job from start to finish We focus on homeowner service and long-term solutions , not volume-based or maintenance-only work. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
