Code Compliance:
 Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations.
System Testing:
 Inspect and test systems for leaks or safety hazards.
Customer Service:
 Explain repairs to customers and provide accurate cost estimates.
Documentation:
 Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
