Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to lead and execute plumbing projects across residential and commercial construction sites. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all local building codes and regulations Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Manage plumbing system installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, and industrial projects including domestic water systems, waste disposal, and HVAC integration Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plumbing building codes, safety standards, and construction regulatory requirements Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects by assessing materials, labor needs, and project scope to support accurate budgeting Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and other mechanical tools to complete plumbing tasks with precision Oversee the management of plumbing materials inventory, ordering supplies as needed to meet project timelines Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and industry standards by analyzing building code requirements during project planning and execution Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional communication throughout project phases Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to develop their skills in construction plumbing techniques and safety practices Requirements Valid state-issued Master Plumber license with active certification as a Licensed Master Plumber Extensive experience in construction plumbing including residential, commercial, and remodeling projects Strong knowledge of plumbing building codes such as local regulations and national standards Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools (including pipe threading equipment), welding gear, and other mechanical tools Experience managing plumbing teams on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance Familiarity with HVAC systems integration within plumbing projects is preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations for estimating materials and measurements accurately Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze building code requirements for compliance purposes Valid driver's license for commercial driving where applicable; ability to operate heavy machinery if needed Strong communication skills for coordinating with project managers, clients, inspectors, and team members Join us as a Licensed Master Plumber where your expertise will drive successful project completion while upholding the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship!
