This full-time position will handle both commercial and residential plumbing service, repair, and installation . We are looking for a licensed professional with strong troubleshooting skills who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take ownership of service calls from diagnosis through completion. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems. Troubleshoot leaks, drain issues, water supply problems, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and other plumbing-related concerns. Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related components. Perform drain cleaning and general plumbing service work. Complete preventative maintenance and plumbing inspections as needed. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment. Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations for additional repairs. Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area. Follow company procedures and applicable safety and plumbing code requirements. Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Qualifications Current Texas Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license required. Previous plumbing service experience required. Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Working knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and requirements. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls. Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, businesses, and other customers. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying plumbing equipment and materials. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
