We are looking for an experienced, dependable Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can confidently diagnose residential plumbing issues, complete quality repairs, communicate clearly with homeowners and our office team, and work independently in the field.

Pay:

$22.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues. Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations. Repair and replace water and sewer lines. Diagnose and clear drain and main line stoppages. Install, diagnose, and repair gas and electric water heaters. Repair and replace toilets, faucets, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components. Use drain cleaning and camera equipment when needed. Identify plumbing failures and recommend appropriate repair options. Clearly explain findings and recommended repairs to homeowners. Communicate with the office throughout the workday regarding job status, estimates, and repairs. Maintain a clean and professional work area. Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly. Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements. Provide professional and respectful customer service on every job. Skills & Requirements Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience required. Strong residential service and diagnostic skills. Experience with water and sewer line repairs. Experience with gas and electric water heater installation and repair. Experience with drain cleaning and stoppages. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues independently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Must reside within the Hampton Roads area. Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Home warranty experience is a plus. Must be open to learning and growing within the company.
