Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water systems, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, meet safety standards, and adhere to local building codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future problems Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and ensuring seamless integration of new plumbing components Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks Knowledge of construction plumbing standards, local building codes, and plumbing inspection procedures Experience with water systems maintenance, repair techniques, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing manual tasks throughout the workday Washington state ( L&I plumbing license required, 01, 02, or trainee card)
