License Pay is dependent on interview and experience 55-60 an hour plus quarterly bonuses Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled PL01 Commercial Service Plumber to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing solutions for commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing complex plumbing systems within commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform plumbing system inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial water and drainage systems using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras. Install, modify, and upgrade plumbing fixtures, piping, and water systems in accordance with blueprints, technical drawings, and local building codes. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and equipment to various job sites. Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately to execute construction plumbing projects or remodeling tasks. Use pipe threading machines and assemble piping systems with precision while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver timely solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in commercial settings. Hands-on experience with welding, drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading tools, and power tools. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and local building codes related to plumbing work. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for complex plumbing projects. Strong understanding of water systems management including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and performing manual tasks throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members. Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus to support diverse project needs. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizing or system layouts.
