Position Summary The Residential Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and servicing residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This position performs plumbing service, repair, and retrofit work in residential homes and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable plumbing codes and company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work. Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions for homeowners. Install, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, filtration systems, toilets, disposals, valves, and supply lines. Install, repair, replace, and unclog residential waste and vent lines. Complete repipes, reroutes, and plumbing system upgrades as needed. Ensure all plumbing work is leak-free, safe, and code compliant. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work. Protect customer property by utilizing drop cloths, shoe covers, and proper cleanup procedures. Document materials used, job notes, photos, and videos within ServiceTitan software. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a clean and organized condition. Follow all company safety procedures and promptly report hazards or unsafe conditions. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times. Succeed Washington State Plumbing License:
