Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Based 1207501 Clover Park School District | Near Tacoma, WA $80-$85/Hour 39-Week School Contract 37.5 Hours Per Week About the Position We are seeking qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral support services within a school setting. The BCBA will conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide consultation and training to school staff, and support students with academic and behavioral needs. This role functions as both a clinician and educator, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral practices. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed Support students with behavioral and academic challenges Collaborate with school teams, families, and administrators Ensure compliance with all professional, state, and district standards Qualifications Required Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Experience providing behavioral services in school settings Minimum one year of pediatric experience Current CPR certification (if applicable) Current health certificate and TB screening documentation (if applicable)
