  • Full-time Journeyman Plumber Join a locally owned and operated company that's been around for over 30 years.

We provide a full array of residential and light commercial installation and service needs to the greater Inland empire. Compensation Package Includes:
Pay:
$40
  • 55 per hour, depending on experience.
Employee Benefits Medical Coverage:
90% employer-paid. Dental, Vision, and Aflac available for employee pay. 401(k): 100% company match up to 3% of salary.
Paid Vacation and Sick time:
two weeks (available after 90 days).
Paid Holidays:
6 days annually.
Additional Incentives:
Performance-based spiffs. What You'll Do Lead and manage residential plumbing projects from start to finish Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment Oversee and mentor apprentice plumbers-developing their skills and confidence Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service Communicate job progress and any issues clearly with management What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record WA, Journeyman Plumbing License. ID license for the future. Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proven leadership and team management ability Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
