Racine, WI | Full-Time Position Summary Our client are currently looking for a Maintenance Plumber to join a prestigious commercial facility in Racine, WI. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing systems within a large commercial/industrial facility. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair piping, valves, pumps, fixtures, drains, and water systems. Respond to work orders and emergency service calls. Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation. Coordinate with other skilled trades and contractors. Maintain accurate work-order records. Follow all safety, building code, and facility requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial, industrial, or facilities plumbing experience. Journeyman license preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-trade team.
