Septic Technician Drain Pro Plumbing Inc Kent, WA Job Details Full-time $21 - $27 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced, dependable Septic Technician who is comfortable performing septic system repairs, maintenance, and installations. This position requires hands-on field experience and the ability to complete repairs correctly and professionally.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Install and replace septic tank risers and lids Perform concrete work, including patching and repairing septic tanks Reseal and repair septic mainlines Reseal, repair, and replace transport/discharge lines Install and replace septic pumps Install and replace pump floats, alarm floats, and related components Install and repair pump discharge piping, check valves, unions, and fittings Troubleshoot basic septic pump and electrical/control issues Locate and expose septic tanks and system components Perform general septic system repairs and maintenance Properly backfill and clean up job sites after repairs Test completed work to ensure the septic system is operating properly Communicate professionally with customers and other team members
Qualifications:
Previous septic, plumbing, excavation, or similar field experience preferred Experience with septic pumps and pump systems strongly preferred Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, concrete, piping, and excavation equipment Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in different weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently when needed
Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
