Job Summary Join R&C Structures,Inc precast manufacturing team as a Production Crew Member specializing in precast concrete elements. In this energetic role, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring high-quality precast components are fabricated efficiently and safely. Your hands-on involvement will include operating heavy equipment, utilizing hand tools, and adhering to strict safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction and manufacturing within a fast-paced outdoor environment, contributing to the creation of durable, precision-engineered concrete products. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, loaders, and other heavy machinery to transport raw materials, molds, and finished precast elements safely and efficiently Mix concrete using mixers, ensuring proper mixture design and adherence to specifications Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication, assembly, and finishing of precast elements Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, equipment operation, welding, machining, and outdoor work conditions Assist in the setup and dismantling of molds and formwork for precast production while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or precast production is highly preferred Proficiency with forklift operation, loader handling, and heavy equipment safety procedures Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and strict adherence to safety protocols Basic math skills for measurements, mixture calculations, and quality control checks Comfortable performing heavy lifting outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with excellent hand tool safety practices and construction industry experience Join us in building a safer, more efficient precast manufacturing environment where your skills make a tangible impact!
