1. Class A/B Driver with Rigging Experience $30.75 to $34.50 We are seeking a skilled Rigger / Class A/B Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment and materials safely to job sites and performing rigging operations in accordance with safety standards and project requirements for our NY location.

Shift:

Full-Time Monday-Friday 7 am-4pm (some weekends and travel upon customer request)

•Responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles requiring a Class A/B CDL. Transport heavy equipment, machinery, and materials to and from job sites. Perform rigging, lifting, and securing of loads using appropriate equipment and techniques. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning equipment. Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records. Work closely with supervisors and site personnel to complete projects efficiently. Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Previous experience in rigging, heavy hauling, or related field. Knowledge of load securement and lifting procedures. Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and work instructions. Clean driving record. Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must Pass Background and Drug Screening Preferred Qualifications Rigging certification. Experience transporting oversized or heavy loads. OSHA 10 safety training. 2. Rigger/Material Handler (NON CDL) $23.75 to $27.50

Position Summary:

A Rigger/Machine Mover is responsible for safely moving, installing, and positioning heavy machinery, equipment, and structures in a variety of construction and industrial settings. This role requires expertise in operating rigging equipment, understanding load dynamics and ensuring compliance with safety. The employee will work in a team setting and operate specialized equipment including forklifts, wheeled and air casters, jacks, etc.

Essential Functions:

1. Equipment Handling a. Carefully select appropriate equipment for each job, including hoists, slings, shackles, blocks, casters, and other rigging gear. b. Secure loads using proper rigging tools and techniques. c. Communicate and collaborate effectively with all personnel involved in operations. d. Dismantle, relocate, and reassemble machinery and equipment as required. e. Maneuver loads through difficult and confined spaces safely and efficiently. 2. Planning and Setup a. Assess and plan rigging operations based on load size, weight, configuration, and destination. b. Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure workspace readiness. c. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to determine the safest and most efficient methods for moving machinery and equipment. 3. Safety Compliance a. Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations during rigging operations. b. Perform pre-operation inspections of rigging and moving equipment to ensure proper functionality and safe operation. c. Monitor and guide team members to prevent accidents, injuries, and equipment damage. 4. Problem-Solving a. Troubleshoot rigging issues and equipment malfunctions during operations. b. Make real-time adjustments to rigging techniques, equipment, or procedures as required to maintain safety and efficiency. 5. Documentation and Reporting a. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, maintenance, and job progress. b. Report incidents, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions to supervisors in a timely manner. Unafraid of heights, climbing ladders and scaffolding Basic English communication skills Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis and work extended hours as business needs.
