We are a family-owned Alabama company with more than 20 years of experience providing playgrounds and outdoor recreation spaces for homeowners, schools, churches, daycares, municipalities, parks, HOAs, and other commercial customers throughout Alabama and the Southeast. What You'll Do As a Playground Installer, you'll work with our installation team on a variety of residential and commercial outdoor projects, including: Residential playset installation Commercial playground equipment installation Poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing Artificial turf installation Playground borders and safety surfacing Shade structures Fencing Basketball goals and recreational equipment Site amenities Playground repairs and renovations Site preparation, loading, unloading, and cleanup Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and seeing a project come together from start to finish. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Able to lift and carry construction materials and equipment Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to follow installation plans, measurements, and instructions Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work Able to work well as part of a team Professional and respectful when working at customer locations Construction, landscaping, fencing, playground installation, concrete, turf, carpentry, or similar experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn. Important to Know Our projects are located throughout Alabama and occasionally outside the immediate Birmingham area. Travel and early mornings may be required depending on the project.
