About Us Sport Lines paints athletic fields, parking lots, courts, logos, and specialty surface markings for schools, businesses, and municipalities throughout Phoenix. We are growing rapidly and currently have more work than we can handle. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who want to join a fast-paced team and earn strong pay for physical, hands-on work. Position Overview This role involves operating paint striping equipment and performing physical labor to complete field and pavement marking projects. Work is primarily outdoors and requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to complete jobs efficiently and accurately. This is a physically demanding but highly rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. Court Resurfacing, Concrete and Pavement Striping, Playground Installation Experience is a Plus. Key Responsibilities Operate paint striping machines Paint athletic field lines and logos Stripe parking lots and other paved surfaces Measure and lay out markings accurately Maintain clean, precise work standards Complete jobs fully before leaving the site Follow customer specifications and timelines Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in the Arizona heat Strong attention to detail (must be able to walk and paint straight lines) Basic math skills for measurements and layout Basic problem-solving skills Good organizational skills Ability to lift and move equipment Reliable transportation Punctual and dependable Paint machine experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Flexibility is important. Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
