Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic roofing team as a Roofer Laborer with a C-39 License, where your energy and dedication will help us deliver top-quality roofing solutions. In this role, you will work alongside experienced roofers to install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems, ensuring safety and precision at every step. Your outdoor work experience and construction background will be vital in contributing to successful project completion while adhering to safety standards. Duties Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of diverse roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile laying. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution. Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses in compliance with construction workplace safety regulations. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for siding installation, stucco application, trim carpentry, caulking, and metal stud framing. Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites. Support remodeling projects by assisting with drywall installation, tile laying, and other related tasks as needed. Requirements Valid C-39 license with proven experience in roofing or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, safety harnesses, ladder use, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations. Hands-on experience with roofing repair, metal roofing, siding installation, stucco application, and single-ply membrane roofing. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate project execution. Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights using fall protection equipment.
