Competitive pay (based on experience) + PTO, Retirement Savings Tectum Roofing is looking for a skilled and reliable Roofing Service Technician to join our team! We specialize in a variety of systems— PVC, EPDM, TPO, Shingles, and Metal Roofing —and we're looking for someone who knows how to handle it all.
Responsibilities:
Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on PVC, EPDM, TPO, shingle, and metal roofing systems Diagnose leaks and provide long-term solutions Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure all work meets company and OSHA safety standards
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with PVC, EPDM, TPO, shingles, and metal roofing systems Strong customer service and communication skills Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation to and from our shop or job sites
