Full-Time | Year-Round Work We're Hiring Immediately Peak West Renovations is looking for a highly skilled, dependable tradesman who can run residential reconstruction jobs from start to finish. If you can walk into a job, read the scope, and execute clean, professional work across multiple trades—this is for you. What You'll Do Full residential rebuilds from insurance scopes Drywall, texture, paint, and finish work Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile transitions) Trim carpentry, doors, windows Light framing and structural repairs (non-engineered) Exterior repairs (siding, fascia, soffit, minor roofing) Punch lists and final quality completion What We're Looking For Strong multi-trade residential experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clean, high-quality finish work (this is critical) Ability to read scopes and execute efficiently Reliable transportation + basic tools Professional, accountable, solution-oriented mindset Restoration experience is a plus What You Get Steady, year-round pipeline of work No chasing jobs — we keep you busy Opportunity to run full projects Performance-based pay increases Growth with a fast-scaling restoration company
