WATERPROOFING TECHNICIAN K&M

Waterproofing & Caulking, LLC is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our waterproofing team. Experience in waterproofing, caulking, or construction is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites, Monday-Friday Ability to operate construction equipment safely and efficiently Ability to use hand and power tools properly and efficiently Comfortable working outdoors in extreme heat and varying weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and on elevated work platforms Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Must follow all company and job-site safety requirements Construction or waterproofing experience is a plus

Job Duties:

Prepare surfaces and materials for waterproofing applications Operate equipment and power tools as required Work from lifts, scaffolding, and other elevated work platforms Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow project specifications and supervisor instructions Follow all OSHA and job-site safety requirements

Monday-Friday Experience:

Construction/waterproofing experience preferred

Employment:

Full-Time Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
