This role requires working outside in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Daily landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting. Ability to use proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance. Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and gardening techniques. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
