Shop Support Job Summary The Shop Support role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our workshop and retail environment. This position involves providing hands-on assistance with detailing, managing power sports equipment, and supporting potential delivery situations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks related to motorcycle, ATV, UTV, and other power sports gear. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are prioritized. Duties Assist with detailing and cleaning of power sports equipment to ensure they meet quality standards. Support the loading and unloading of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other vehicles for delivery or storage purposes. Help prepare equipment for customer pickup or delivery by ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed. Assist with organizing the shop floor, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Support potential driving or delivery situations by helping load vehicles securely and safely for transport. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and customer requests. Follow all safety protocols during handling, loading, and transportation activities to prevent accidents or damage. Experience Previous experience in a retail or workshop environment related to powersports or automotive is preferred but not required. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other equipment safely. Strong attention to detail in cleaning, detailing, and organizing work areas. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of power sports vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Reliable with a proactive attitude toward assisting in various shop support activities. Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
