Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bath Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of construction and remodeling, including solid wall bath system installation, flooring, shower door installation, sheetrock and plumbing experience. Must be capable of doing high quality finishing work. The majority of the work is tearing out old bath tubs/showers and installing composite wall showers. You will have year round work and be part of a great team. We will provide training on our products and help you get installing quickly with training pay available. Pay Weekly. Average pay per install is $1,200. We do provide an additional $200 stipend per job to help with additional materials such as screws, 2x4's, pex and plumbing fittings and help with fuel cost. We provide backer board, glue, silicone, washers, fixtures, wall and pan materials. Pay rate increases with demonstration of work excellence and reliability. Bonuses for 5 star reviews. Must have own tools including a heat gun/rod, pex crimping, concrete saw, jack hammer, router, multi-tool and work truck/ trailer (Closed in is preferable) as you will be responsible for transporting material to the job site and removing/disposing the torn out material. Jobs locations will be in South Georgia, we try to schedule jobs within two hours drive of installer's home location however there may be an occasional job out of that range. Pay is per completed job. A job is considered complete once it is eligible for the company to require payment from the customer. We expect installers to be timely and professional with customers and to complete jobs in a timely manner. Ideal candidates will be able to solve problems on the fly, communicate with our scheduling department, customers where needed and our project manager. While getting used to working with the material we expect you to be able to complete at least one job per week. Typically an installer will become proficient enough to complete 2 jobs per week with additional service work available for additional income. This is a 1099 position.
