Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Perform welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Flux Core (depending on job needs) Cut, grind, and prepare metal parts for assembly Assemble and fabricate structural metal components Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean, safe condition Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Work with engineers and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
