Job Description
Job description Mālama Solar located in Honolulu is looking for PV installers who have experience building PV systems. Job Requirements & Responsibilities Ability to follow all safety protocols Being prepared for a successful install (daily/weekly planning) Must be able to communicate and work well in a team atmosphere Must have the ability to perform quality and clean work on assigned projects Electrical experience preferred Ability to work in hot/cold/rainy conditions for prolonged periods of time Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Document processes, and log daily, photos, and work into company data base Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to document changes in design and communicate them to office Must be able to keep an accurate inventory of all racking parts and be able to forecast when we will need items, especially long lead times. Work Experience Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
